Never give up on nature. Spring of 2016 lightning hit our large Crimson Maple tree.

Crimson Maple tree

Lightning struck a maple tree

I have been drying the wood until March of 2020. Using chain saw, made several bowl blanks.

I can sometimes see the reflection of the old tree in the shinny surface. The tree lives on as this bowl.
